Sourcing And Placements

GCC-Skills Development has a unique way of sourcing learners for Learnerships. We have various relationships with institutions that assist us with recruitment. We have a streamlined process in place to ensure that we identify any type of learner. Once we have identified these learners, we put them through a competency test to ensure that they are eligible for a specific learnership programme.

We have procedures and documentation in place to protect both learner and client. This will ensure that all our learners will be approved as TRUE DISABLED learners and NOT FAKE DISABLED learners. All documentation will be compliant with any SANAS accredited Verification Agency. Additional documentation will be provided to clients if requested.

We can recruit both able bodied learners and / or learners with disabilities. The Learnership programme commences after learners write an assessment and have achieved a minimum mark of 80%. These learners will be placed onto a specific learnership programme.
On completion of the Learnership, the learner will be exited from the relevant SETA programme and they will receive the following:

  • Attendance certificate.
  • Qualification certificate.
  • Statement of results.
