Within our Group we have various education channels, ranging for primary schools to colleges. Any and all donation we receive from clients and or 1 time SED grants goes towards the following avenues.

All the grants we receive, GCC-Skills Development will provide a full detailed report to where the grant was distributed and that we recognise our client or company that assisted with the grants. GCC-Skills Development will issue a contribution certificate when all SED grants are made. GCC-Skills Development will supply you as our client or corporate company with all the necessary document for verification purposes.
Enterprise and Supplier Development Beneficiary
Enterprise Development is one of the elements that corporates needs to adhere to ta achieve a certain B-BBEE Level on their BEE Scorecard. The aim is to provide contributions or business upliftment initiatives of 1% for Generic entities and 1% for Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE’s). These contributions will companies in the operations, financial and in business development aspects towards business sustainability.
In the context of enterprise development, there are two definitions of a black business.
The first has a positive multiplier of 25 to the contributions and is defined as a 50% black owned business that is either an Exempt Micro Enterprise or a Qualifying Small Enterprise.
The second is defined as a 50% black business that is Generic, or a 25% black owned business that has a valid BEE certificate between Level 1 and 6.
GCC-SD falls into the second multiplier as we are 51% Black FEMALE Owned EME | This means that you will receive a 125% recognition when you do business with us!
What Counts as Enterprise Development
A Enterprise Development beneficiary can receive numerous contributions form various companies. These contributions can either be from a financial value to assist a Black owned Business financially via loans, grants or even training. It can also be a transfer of knowledge, expertise and skills, early payments of invoices, operating cash flow. The Codes of Good Practice for Enterprise Development, provides the opportunities for these contributions. It is essential that an agreement is in place between the 2 parties when it comes to the verification of these contributions.
